The Arc Opportunity Center Classes by Gr8Expectations
This course is structured to teach the fundamental and basic concepts of home cooking including sanitation, safety, equipment usage, menu planning, shopping and how to stretch the food into lunches for the next week.
goal: To walk away with a greater awareness of the kitchen its tools and terminology.
To develop a comfort in the grocery store, the kitchen and in service of others

Setting and Service
There is so much to teach in the kitchen but for this course we will be keeping it simple and concentrate on the basics.
I have included setting and service as I believe we need to all take a turn at giving back to those who give so much to us.
Max # for class is 6 with a min of 2 to make.
The course will consist of 7 classes, every Tuesday from 6:00-7:30
